- Badges: collectibles that will be awarded to users having completed quest or completed program’s important milestones (leaderboard, most engaged member..)
- Memberships: collectibles representing the appartenance towards a program, wether it is for status, community access that can be evolutive over time.
Collectibles general configuration
You can easily turn any asset in a collectible using POWER.xyz platform, in fact most of brand assets can already be turned in a collectible. In order to do so you’ll have to apply the following configurations: 1. Start with importing your brand asset - Image (png,jpeg…) - Video (mp4..) - 3D model (glb) and are always adding new supported formats! 2. Is the collectible dynamic ? In its lifecycle, over certain use case (membership, passes) we do offer the possibility to make the collectible dynamic & evolve over its lifecycle allowing you to tackle use cases such as Membership status changes for example
3. Is the collectible transferrable?
You can decide weither on-chain collectibles can be transferrable or not. Typical use cas is if you want for example to allow brands to generate revenue from secondary market in cases such as exclusive community, memberships. 4.How is the collectible distributed to users
Depending the use case or context the collectible is used on, several options are available when it comes to its distribution process. Distribution essentially means from a functional standpoint: - How users are going to retrieve their collectible
a.User has to pay for gas fees, typically in exclusive membership cases where assets are going to be transferred & generate royalties for the brand, in that case users needs to have fund on their wallet in order to retrieve their collectibles

b.User is airdropped his collectible, typically distribution mechanism used when you want to reward a user as a result of completing a quest or as a reward. Collectible is sent automatically directly to the user’s wallet

c.User has to retrieve manually the collectible “free claim”, typically used for badges at events, as part of quest, user has to access a page where he’ll be able to retrieve its collectible. All blockchain operations are operated in the background & users only need a wallet
